What is Parcel Protection?

Parcel Protection is premium package protection for your BrüMate order. When you add Parcel Protection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrect items in the unfortunate case any of these issues arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval by the BrüMate team for a reorder or refund within 24-48 business hours. Additional information may be required to complete your claim.

Note: If your order does not have Parcel Protection, BrüMate is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping.


How much is Parcel Protection?

Parcel Protection rates are calculated during the checkout. Parcel Protection quotes will be shown in the cart as well as the "shipping" page in checkout under the shipping methods. Parcel Protection price varies on the items and quantities in your cart.


Do I have to purchase Parcel Protection on my order?

Nope. You do not have to purchase Parcel Protection on your order. If you opt-out, please keep in mind that BrüMate is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that occur while in transit.
