How do I make changes to my shipment?Updated 2 years ago
In limited cases, we are able to make changes to an order prior to being shipped. If your order has not shipped and you need to make a change, please contact us ASAP for available options.
Once a package is shipped or in the final stage of fulfillment, we are not able to make any changes to the order. This includes the delivery method and shipping address. We encourage you to reach out to the carrier, however, many are not able to make these changes.
If your order has been returned to us due to a shipping issue, please reach out to the email address above for assistance with a reshipment.
