You can read the full BrüMate warranty before filing a claim.
If you need to file a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Product being returned
- Reason for warranty claim
- BrüMate order number - If your item was purchased through a retailer, please provide us with a photo of your receipt
- Photo/video of warranty issue
- Shipping address

Things to note before beginning a claim:
- Some products are not eligible for warranty replacements. Please review the full BrüMate warranty before filing a claim. We offer a 60-day warranty on cosmetic/accessory damage.
- If a replacement accessory will resolve the warranty claim, the claim will not be eligible for an entire replacement unit as well. Replacement accessories are available in a universal color to match all compatible BrüMates.
- Some colors may not always be available, in which case a comparable replacement part or product would be offered.
- The BrüMate Warranty covers product defects and does not cover accidental damage from misuse of the product.
- Many claims can be resolved through troubleshooting. If this is the case, the claim will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Additional information may be required to complete a claim.
