Which BrüMates can be customized?

At this time, only select items and colors are available for personalization. More styles will be available soon - stay tuned!!

If an item can be personalized, you will see a icon on the product page. Click that and you’ll be able to customize your Brü!

If an item is not currently available for customization, we recommend keeping an eye on the website's product page for future availability.

*Bundles and gift sets are not currently available for personalization.


What are my options for engraving?

We offer a variety of personalization types including: 

  • Icons
  • Initials
  • Single letters
  • Large text
  • Monogram

Each product can only be customized with one engraving.

Engraving will be done on the opposite side of the BrüMate logo. You will be able to preview your personalized item on our website before checking out!

More designs and options for personalizing your Brü are coming soon!


Do you offer different colors for Personalization?

At this time, we only offer laser engraving. For most products, this will appear silver like the stainless steel the BrüMate is made from. We do not offer color engraving or printing options.

Note: Engraving on some colors, like Dark Aura and Ruby, may vary due to the stainless steel underneath.


How long will it take to customize my BrüMate?

We anticipate your personalized BrüMate(s) to be ready to ship in 3-5 business days.

Note: Your entire order will ship in full, including non-personalized items. Please accommodate for the longer fulfillment time accordingly.


Do you offer personalization for both domestic and international orders?

Yes! Customization is available for U.S. and international orders.

Note: There may be weight/size limitations for Alaska, Hawaii, outlying islands, and international shipping locations. Please contact us if you have questions regarding international personalized orders.


Can I return or exchange my customized BrüMate?

All personalized orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you need to file a warranty claim for your personalized BrüMate, please contact us for assistance.


Can I add a discount code to my customized order?

Yes! The discount will apply to the product itself, not the personalization fee.
