Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes, we offer pre-orders on select items! Pre-orders are typically available on popular items that are taking a bit longer than others to restock. If an item is available for pre-order, it will be noted on the product page.


How do pre-orders work?

If you are placing an order than includes an item on pre-order, the checkout process will be the same! The fulfillment timeline will be longer, and will take the time estimated on the pre-ordered item's product page. Once the pre-order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with some tracking information.

Are all items available for pre-order?

No, only select items are available for pre-order. Please refer to the product page on our website to confirm if the item you are interested is available for pre-order.


What is the wait time for pre-orders?

Wait times vary and will depend on the product! The product page on our website will provide you with the estimated timeline for each pre-order.


Do I have to pay a deposit for the pre-order?

Pre-orders require payment in full for the entire order. We do not offer deposits for pre-orders. Your order must be paid in full for the pre-order to go through.


How can I check the status of my pre-order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your pre-order details after placing your order on our website. This email will also include an estimated timeline for the completion of your pre-order. Please refer to this timeline and anticipate a shipping confirmation email once that timeline has passed. 

Once your preorder has shipped, you can track your order using our BrüMate shipment tracker or by clicking the link provided in your “Just shipped!” email.
