Our rewards program is broken into 4 tiers based on how much you spend a year, and vary with unique perks: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

If you create an account, you will automatically be granted into the Bronze Tier.&#xA0;Once you purchase $150+ on the site or app, you&apos;ll be eligible for the Silver Tier. The next tier is the Gold Tier, and you must spend $300+ to be eligible.&#xA0;Our highest tier is the Platinum Tier and requires $500+ of purchases within the last 12 months to be eligible. This tier has special perks, including a 1-time free shipping code (you will receive this via email within 72 hours of becoming Platinum) and access to exclusive products!&#xA0;Birthday points are also based on your tier, as shown in the graphic above. <h4 id="isPasted">When will I see points on my account after placing an order?</h4>Points will be credited to your account after you place an order. They will show as &#x201C;pending&#x201D; during a grace period of 24 hours after you make your purchase. Should you wish to use your points during this pending period, please <a class="fr-strong" href="https://brumate.gorgias.help/en-US/contact" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">contact us</a> for assistance. <h4 id="isPasted">Do points expire?</h4>Yes, points expire after 6 months of inactivity. Inactivity refers to customers who have yet to earn or redeem any points through a completed purchase You will be notified 30+ days in advance of your points expiring. <h4 id="isPasted">Does my tier status expire?</h4>Yes, once you qualify for a tier, you will remain in that tier for 12 months unless you upgrade to a higher tier within the year. Once you upgrade your status, the 12-month time period restarts. <h4 id="isPasted">When will I receive points after referring a friend?</h4>Once your friend completes their purchase of $25+ using your referral link, you will receive points from referring a friend. Refer-a-friend codes can only be used by new customers. <h4 id="isPasted">Can I redeem all my points at once?</h4>We offer redemptions starting at $5 up to $400 which can be redeemed from the rewards page or at checkout. <h4 id="isPasted">When will I receive birthday points?</h4>Points will be issued via email on your birthday. If you enter a birthday that has passed, you will receive points the following year. Birthdays must be entered into your account at least one day before the actual birthday in order to automatically receive points. If you entered your birthday in our old program, please re-add your birthday to your account as it wasn&#x2019;t carried over to the new program. You can do this by locating Ways To Earn Points on the <a class="fr-strong" href="https://www.brumate.com/pages/rewards" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Br&#xFC;Mate Rewards page</a>. If your birthday has not been entered, you can do so where it says Happy Birthday. <h4 id="isPasted">I&#x2019;m in the Platinum Tier. It says I receive Free Shipping - how do I get this?</h4>Your one-time use Free Standard Shipping Code will be emailed to you within 72 hours of joining Platinum Tier. This is the only code that is not found on your rewards page - so keep this email and use this code to redeem for Free Standard Shipping in the U.S. This code expires after one year.&#xA0; <h4 id="how-do-i-receive-points-for-product-reviews">How do I receive points for product reviews?</h4>Points are provided for product reviews made through the post-purchase review email we send after your order is delivered. Points are only earned for reviews made through these emails on products you have personally purchased. <h4 id="are-there-limitations-on-product-reviews">Are there limitations on product reviews?</h4>You can leave as many reviews as you would like! However, you will only receive points for 20 reviews per year. There is also a limit per order!
