Where is my order?

You can track your order using our BrüMate shipment tracker or by clicking the link provided in your “Just shipped!” email. You can also find your order information through your Account Page. If you do not have an account, Register for a VIP Account!

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The shipping timeline estimate begins after your order is fulfilled by our facility. Please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment and then the quoted time for shipping and delivery.

How do I make changes to my shipment?

In limited cases, we are able to make changes to an order prior to being shipped. If your order has not shipped and you need to make a change, please email us ASAP at [email protected] for available options.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one purchase?

No, at this time we can only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please make sure you place a separate order for each shipping address.
