Where is the store located within the mall?

The King of Prussia BrüMate retail location is located on Level 2 of the Plaza between Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus, across from Warby Parker. We recommend entering the mall via Level 2 of Nordstrom for closest proximity to the store.

What are the store hours?

Monday to Thursday: 10AM - 8PM

Friday to Saturday: 10AM - 9PM

Sunday: 11AM - 6PM

Is personalization available for in-store purchases?

Personalization via engraving is currently only available through the BrüMate website. However, a store associate will be available to assist with an online personalization purchase while shopping in store.

Are all BrüMate products available at the store location?

Most of the new products and styles will be available at this store location.

Are in-store purchases eligible for VIP rewards?

Points will be earned on in-store purchases if VIP information is presented at checkout.

Store employees cannot access your VIP points directly, however that information can be accessed through your BrüMate VIP account. If you plan to redeem a VIP discount code, we recommend redeeming and copying your code before heading to the store, as codes cannot be redeemed at checkout.

What is your store return policy?

Products purchased from the King of Prussia BrüMate retail location must be returned in person to the King of Prussia BrüMate store.

Items purchased outside of the King of Prussia BrüMate retail location must be returned to the same location they were purchased.

Returns must be unused and inside the original packaging.
