Will my order arrive by Mother's Day?

BrüMate wants to ensure that you receive your Brüs in time. The earlier you place your order, the more likely it will arrive by May 11.

Please remember that BrüMate is not responsible for unexpected carrier delays. We suggest getting your shopping done as soon as possible during this busy season.

For domestic orders, we recommend ordering by the dates below using our available shipping options.

* U.S. shipping estimates are based on carriers for the contiguous U.S. and do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and outer lying islands. At this time, we cannot guarantee holiday delivery for international or non-contiguous U.S. orders.

I want to Personalize my BrüMate. Are there Mother's Day options?   

Yes, we offer Mother's Day-themed icons in addition to our year-round standard icons. Visit the BrüMate Personalization Collection to begin customizing.

Can I gift a BrüMate Gift Card for Mother's Day?

Yes, we offer BrüMate E-Gift Cards. Gift cards are issued to the email address the order is associated with. If you would like to send a gift card to someone directly, we recommend placing an order for the gift card only and checking out under the gift recipient's email address. 

If the E-Gift Card is issued to your personal email address, it cannot be transferred and re-sent to a different email address. If this happens, you can print the E-Gift Card or forward the email to the gift recipient.

Does BrüMate offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. 

Your order will arrive in a bubble mailer or box, depending on the size of the order. Products will be packaged individually for easy wrapping and gifting.

I am purchasing a gift for Mother's Day. Do you offer gift exchanges?

Yes. Gift Exchanges are eligible for orders placed through the BrüMate website. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of your purchase.

Please provide the gift recipient with the order number, shipping zip code, and full name on the shipping label to ensure their gift exchange can be processed smoothly. This information can also be found on the packing slip* inside the delivered package.

Once the order number is obtained, they can begin an exchange through the BrüMate Gift Exchanges portal.

*Packing slips do not include any pricing or payment information.
