What is your return policy for international orders?Updated 10 months ago

BrüMate is happy to accept international returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the order's delivery date.

BrüMate does not provide prepaid labels for international returns, but our Customer Experience team is available to assist with your return! Please contact us to receive an RMA number and instructions on how to send your order back to us.

Things to note before beginning an international return:

• We cannot honor discounts from the original purchase towards a future purchase.
• Additional return materials and packaging are not provided by BrüMate.
• Refunds do not include shipping costs.

Green Shipping Protection, Final Clearance Items, and Select Items Are Non-Returnable. Bundles must be returned in full.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. Returns over $500 may require an ID check. If an ID is not provided, or is provided and does not match the original name on the order the return may be refused. All returns must be received at our warehouse and verified by a BrüMate team member before a refund will be issued. We are not liable for returns that do not reach our warehouse for any reason, including but not limited to; lost mail, redirected mail or damaged mail.
