How do I utilize the Rotera TwistSip™ lid?
To Open:
- Turn the soft touch TwistSip™ band to the left to raise the straw piece without making hand contact with your drinking straw.
To Close:
- Turn the soft touch TwistSip™ band back to the right to lower the straw piece and enjoy a 100% leakproof drinking experience.
To Clean/Refill:
- Remove the entire lid by twisting the handle counterclockwise.

Is the Rotera Leakproof?
Yes! When closed, the TwistSip™ lid is 100% leakproof with cold and non-carbonated beverages. Please use caution if drinking hot or carbonated beverages.
How much does my Rotera hold?
The Rotera Series is available in four convenient 15oz, 25oz, 35oz, and 65oz sizes.
Will the Rotera fit in my car's cup holder?
The 15oz and 25oz Rotera sizes are cupholder friendly, making them perfect for your morning commute to the office or gym.
Do you offer accessories for the Rotera and other BrüMates?
Yes, the Rotera features a swappable silicone outer sleeve and swappable TwistSip™ Lid (both sold separately).
BrüMate Accessories are available to purchase via the BrüMate website.
How long can the Rotera keep my drink cold?
The Rotera is triple-insulated and will keep your drinks cold for over 24+ hours. The more ice you use, the longer it’ll stay cold. To maximize ice retention, we recommend filling it up with at least 50% ice.
Can I remove the silicone sleeve?
Yes, the silicone sleeve is easily removable for cleaning. Plus, it's specially designed to protect against drops, dents, and dings for all of life's adventures.
How does the ColdKey™ Steel Straw System attach to the TwistSip™ lid?
To Insert Straw:
- Line up the straw with the hole found inside the lid. Push the straw in fully, then turn the straw key counterclockwise to lock it in place.
To Remove Straw:
- Turn the straw clockwise, then pull it down until removed from the lid.
How do I clean the Rotera?
If your Rotera is dishwasher safe, it will say it on the product landing page (near the add-to-cart button), as well as on the base of the product itself.
For dishwasher-safe finishes, all parts of the Rotera are top-rack safe except for the lid. Hand-washing/soaking the lid with warm soapy water and towel/air drying is recommended. If your sleeve has any dirt marks on it, a magic eraser will remove them.

Can I use MCT oil or coconut oil in my Rotera?
Do not use MCT oil or coconut oil in your BrüMate products, as it can damage the integrity of the leakproof seal.
