Looking to personalize BrüMates with your custom artwork? Please review the tips below to ensure you are satisfied with the final engraving!

• We recommend uploading an SVG file. If you do not have an SVG file, we can accommodate PNG files. However, we highly recommend SVG for best results.
• Your uploaded image cannot exceed 10MB, however, it should have a minimum size of 1 inch x 1 inch at 300 pixels per inch.
• Your uploaded artwork should be 100% black and white with no grayscale.
• The lines within your uploaded artwork should be thick and should not overlap with one another.
• Once you upload your artwork into the personalization module, please review the engraving preview provided. The preview shown reflects what the engraving will look like on the product. If you are not satisfied with the provided preview, please consider uploading a different artwork file and trying again.
• Orders containing inappropriate artwork or profanity will be flagged and cancelled.
• You must agree to the custom artwork upload terms and conditions and approve the artwork preview within the module before your order can be completed.
• All personalized orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
