Once your return has been delivered back to the BrüMate warehouse it can take approximately 7 days before the return is processed and refunded.

You will receive an email as soon as our team has processed your refund! If it has been more than 14 business days, please contact us with your RMA number or order number and your BrüGuru will be glad to assist.
