BrüMate is happy to accept international returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the order's delivery date. BrüMate does not provide prepaid labels for international returns, but our team is available to assist!
If you live outside of the United States, please contact us to help set up your return! The team will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on where to send your package.
Once your return has been delivered back to the BrüMate warehouse it can take approximately 7 days before the return is processed and refunded. You will receive an email as soon as our team has processed your refund!
