What is your return policy for domestic orders?Updated 8 months ago

We are happy to accept returns for domestic (USA) orders for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date. 

Please go to the BrüMate Returns Center to start the process!

Things to note before beginning a return:

• Additional return materials and packaging are not provided by BrüMate.
• Refunds do not include shipping costs.

Green Shipping Protection, Mystery Boxes/Items, Final Clearance Items, and Other Select Items Are Non-Returnable. Bundles must be returned in full.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. Returns over $500 may require an ID check. If an ID is not provided, or is provided and does not match the original name on the order the return may be refused. All returns must be received at our warehouse and verified by a BrüMate team member before a refund will be issued. We are not liable for returns that do not reach our warehouse for any reason, including but not limited to; lost mail, redirected mail or damaged mail.
