For about 1% of your order total, you can opt-in to have 100% of carbon emissions associated with the order offset, and the order will be fully protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling. Carbon offset funds will be contributed to carefully selected projects in partnership with Cool Effect, a nonprofit whose projects are 100% scientifically verified and ethically proven.When you add Green Shipping Protection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged items in the unfortunate case any of these issues arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval by the Br&#xFC;Mate team for a reorder or refund within 24-48 business hours.
