Refrain from using any harsh chemical cleaners to avoid materials degrading over time. For tougher marks, we recommend using a Magic Eraser. Some of these variables include the ice quality/quantity, type of ice (crushed, block, cube, etc.), outside environment, and exposure to direct sunlight. Because of these variables, as well as the lack of an industry standard for measuring ice retention, ice retention timelines are not definitive and are based on ideal conditions.
