Will my order arrive by Christmas?

BrüMate wants to ensure that you receive your Brüs in time. The earlier you place your order, the more likely it will arrive in time. 

Please remember that BrüMate is not responsible for unexpected carrier delays. We suggest getting your shopping done as soon as possible.

Can I purchase BrüMates at an in-store location this Holiday season?

Can I gift a BrüMate Gift Card for the Holidays?

Yes, we do offer E-Gift cards! Gift cards are issued to the email address the order is associated with. If you would like to send a gift card to someone directly, we recommend placing an order for the gift card only and checking out under the gift recipient's email address. 

If the E-Gift card is issued to your personal email address, it cannot be transferred and re-sent to a different email address. If this happens, you can print the E-Gift card or forward the email to the gift recipient.

Does BrüMate offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping or gift messaging.

Your order will arrive in a bubble mailer or box, depending on the size of the order. Products will be packaged in individual boxes or bags for easy wrapping and gifting.


I am purchasing a gift for the Holidays. Do you offer gift returns or exchanges?

Holiday Gift Returns are eligible for orders placed through the BrüMate website from October 24th through December of 2025. Returns or exchanges must be made by January 31, 2026.

Please provide the gift recipient with the order number and shipping zip code to ensure their gift exchange can be processed smoothly. This information can also be found on the packing slip* inside the delivered package.

Once the order number is obtained, they can begin an exchange through the BrüMate Returns portal.

*Packing slips do not include any pricing or payment information.


I want to Personalize my BrüMate. Are there Holiday options?   

Yes, we offer holiday-themed icons in addition to our year-round standard icons! Visit the BrüMate Personalization Collection to begin customizing.

If your order includes a personalized item(s), please accommodate for longer fulfillment times. Personalized orders may take up to 10 business days for fulfillment. Your entire order will ship in full, including non-personalized items. See our Personalization FAQ for more information.


What is your Holiday return policy?

We are happy to extend our return policy through the Holiday season! Any orders placed through the BrüMate website from October 24th, 2025 - December 31st, 2025 are eligible for a return through January 31st, 2026.

Do you offer price adjustments for purchases made before or after a sale?

We do not offer price adjustments at this time. To take advantage of a promotional offer, please ensure your order is placed while the promotion is running.


My order appears to be delayed in transit. What can I do?

During the Holiday season, carriers are handling higher than normal volumes. Because of this, carriers may be slow to update tracking information. This is normal and should not affect the overall delivery of your order. We appreciate your patience during this busy season!

Please Note: If your order has not shipped, tracking information will not be available. Information will be updated through the carrier after the package has shipped.

Will there be Mystery Item or Mystery Box offers during the holidays?

We plan to offer Mystery deals this Holiday season! Keep an eye on our website and social media for Mystery opportunities. For Mystery Boxes download our app and turn on notifications to avoid missing out!


Are there any exclusions to Holiday sales, discounts, or promotions?

Exclusions do apply to promotions. Free shipping is only eligible for contiguous U.S. orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes have been applied. Some discount codes also may have specific exclusions. Please see our discount exclusions for more information.
